Busby and Wilds is a proper Kemptown hangout, all about seasonal, local produce. The interiors are stylish and low-key, featuring duck-egg blue walls, exposed bulbs, and cosy booths. However, it's the courtyard beer garden that's where you'll want to be on sunny days. It's dog-friendly, family-friendly, and the Sunday roasts, piled high with Dexter beef or pork belly, are among Brighton's best.
