Oeuf on Third Avenue is one of the best brunch spots in Brighton. Inside, it's all marble pillars, duck-egg tones, and a sunny secret garden out back. The menu leans into its name: eggs every way, from benedict to the brilliantly indulgent “Oeuf & Surf”, all made with Cacklebean Farm's golden-yolked eggs. They've even got their cult favourite “frumpets” – French toast made with crumpets. There's good coffee from local roasters, mimosas for those so inclined, and even a resident florist for post-brunch buys. Plus, it's just steps from the seafront for post-brunch strolls.
