This Brighton institution is a rustic seafood shack that is all about fresh, locally caught fish and shellfish, smoked on-site for maximum taste. Local boats supply the catch whenever possible, which is cured with pure sea salt before being gently smoked over oak, nut or fruitwood. It's just steps from the seafront and serves everything from hot-smoked mackerel to slabs of salmon, plus fish-filled sandwiches, crab, and cockles for eating on the go.
