The homegrown Fatto a Mano pizzeria group is a proper local success story. Since launching this, their first pizzeria, in 2015, they've expanded to multiple locations in both Brighton and London and are regularly considered to be among the best pizza places in both cities. Neapolitan-style pizza is the focus here, with the dough proved for at least 24 hours, covered with a range of different toppings, and baked at 450 degrees.
