I purchased a pair of shoes from ABCD Göteborg. However, the shoes have an issue on the inside that is causing pain in my foot and back. Unfortunately, when I tried to return the shoes, they refused and claimed that shoes vary in comfort for different individuals. They suggested that I sell the shoes to someone else.

The worst experience ever!! Bought a jacket and realised that it was not warm enough. Tried to take it back the next day and was laughed at by the store manager Hugo . He was rude and unhelpful. This shop is all about taking your money. They have no interest in customer satisfaction. They have a no money back policy. I will never go back!!!

Var inne i denna butik och blev minst sagt underligt bemött. Den uppblåsbara barbaran som ”arbetade” i butiken kollade överlägset på mig och verkade ointresserad av en ny kund.

Spendera era pengar i en butik som satsar på helhetsupplevelsen gottfolk. Det ska kännas bra när man lägger 4000kr på en t-shirt, oavsett vilken inkomst man än erhåller årligen.
