Cato in Covent Garden brings a slice of New York cocktail culture to the West End. The new bar from Bart & Taylor and award-winning bartender Angelos Bafas takes its inspiration from Alexander Cato, the world's first celebrity bartender, and reimagines his 1800s tavern for today. Expect three distinct spaces, ranging from the lively House of Julep to a moody cocktail den and experimental lab, along with a menu of American bar snacks. They're even aiming to grow most of their herbs and fruits in-house.
