Most tables are kept for walk‑ins, but book the cellar ahead of time if you're going with a larger group. Pop in and try a variety of glasses before settling on the one you'd like to take home from the bottleshop, or, if you're hopping on a train at Waterloo and in need of a good bottle, it's a perfect last-minute stop.
