Pacifica Burger & Cocktail Bar

Stylish bar and restaurant Pacifica, formerly known as Cattivo, is popular for drinks and casual dining in the heart of Brixton. This burger and cocktail bar still has the same excellent bottomless brunch, bottomless dinner, parties, DJs and late night cocktails as it did when it was formerly Cattivo, but this time with a hot pink Cali-inspired makeover.

From classic double patty beef burgers and truffle chicken burgers to goat's cheese tacos and burrata salads, the menu is chock full of tasty comfort food dishes with something to suit everyone.

Regarding their bottomless brunch offering, you can enjoy food menu alongside two hours of bottomless drinks, including innovative options like tropical margarita punch bowls and the opportunity to make-your-own cocktails with their bubble cocktail tray. Make sure you leave room for dessert; you'll find options like homemade doughnuts with Nutella for dipping and dunking.

If you're just popping along for drinks, expect classics like the margarita and contemporary takes like the hibiscus margarita. There's also a range of mezcals straight up in a 25ml serving and other classics like espresso martinis, caipirinhas, mojitos and a variety of virgin cocktails too.

They also host events such as Wing Wednesdays, where you can eat as many wings as you like for just £1 per wing. There's also Tequila Thursdays, where you can enjoy punch bowls for just £15, and free-flowing Fridays which includes two hours of bottomless tropical margaritas, fizz and bubbly cocktails alongside food.

If you'd like to learn the craft of cocktail making for yourself, they also host cocktail masterclasses, where you can learn to mix and shake your own cocktails alongside the head bartender. If gin is more your drink of choice then opt for the gin blending masterclass where you can create your own bespoke gin, bottle, wax seal and personalised label to take back home. If you'd rather just drink, then try their gin tasting class, where you can sample Pacifica's gin flight with five small batch gins all distilled in house.
