The Blue Stoops in Kensington Church Street is a modern gastropub, named after a historic drinking spot in Burton-on-Trent. Cask ales hand-pumped from the cellar are the speciality here, but straightforward seasonal pub food is also on the menu. Expect classic British dishes here. The pub has a laid-back bar area as well as a dining room for more formal meals – the former is dog-friendly, too.

The ordinary tastes exquisite in this pub! Anchovy toast - sublime. Baby leeks (I hate greens!) taste amazing! The house wine slips down a treat - just go!
