The Brownswood

The Brownswood is a traditional London boozer next to Clissold Park, a stone's throw from Stoke Newington and Finsbury Park. They serve a range of beers, ciders, stouts and wines, many from small independent breweries & vineyards, alongside a food menu of premium British pub grub, like fish and chips and steak and ale pie served with creamy mash, buttered beans and gravy. There are six boutique guest rooms you can stay in and a cosy fireplace for the chillier evening. The lush garden is a main draw; it's perfect for summery al fresco drinks but is also heated in the colder months.
