Fans of the now defunct Morny bakery, rejoice – part of the bakery team has launched a new venture dedicated to ice cream. Bringing the same creativity and expertise that made Morny such an East London standout, Chunk Provisions offers smooth, creamy gelato in a variety of flavours, ranging from classics like vanilla or pistachio to unusual choices such as banana coconut curry, burnt honey, or black sesame soy. The modern gelateria has quickly proven a big hit with locals – queues are down the road on sunny summer days.

This would likely be the best gelateria in Leyton even if it weren't more or less the only gelateria in the wider area – the textures and flavours of the ice cream are insanely good, and the rotating flavours mean there's always something new to try. Top three flavours: burnt honey, roast strawberry pepper sorbet, and PB&J. They also do different ice cream sandwiches - get 'em if they have 'em.
