Gabriel's Wharf

Gabriel's Wharf is a small, slightly scruffy stretch of indie shops tucked between the river and the busier parts of the South Bank. It's the kind of place you wander into without meaning to, then end up browsing handmade jewellery, ceramics, prints and bits you don't really need but will probably buy anyway. The studios are tiny, with a creative, low-key feel, and you can dip in and out in a few minutes or stay longer if something catches your eye. It's a lovely stop if you're already walking along the river and want a quieter moment.
