The Cenotaph er en sted på Whitehall, Westminster i London.
The Cenotaph is the country’s most famous war memorial and is where the annual National Service of Remembrance takes place each November. You can see it for yourself in the middle of Whitehall. Originally intended as a temporary structure, it was so popular when it was unveiled in 1919 that a permanent stone version was put in place the following year.
