Located in the heart of Soho, the original Bao has been racking up Michelin Bib Gourmand awards for years. It gets besieged by the after-work crowds, all thirsting after the Taiwanese-style small dishes, such as beef cheek and tendon nuggets and the famous steamed milk buns that have carried the bao name far and wide around the city. The classic version is, of course, classic, but those in the know like to opt for the confit pork as well.

Gillar Bao skarpt! Varit här två gånger. Högt tempo och goda smårätter. Inte ett ställe man sitter flera timmar och hänger på, utan snarare en snabb men god lunch/middag.
