Helmed by TV chef and restaurateur Dipna Anand, Brillian Gastro is a casual dining space blending Indian and British culinary traditions in the modern setting of the Green Quarter redevelopment in Southall. Combining Anand's Punjabi roots with Western influences, the kitchen serves up dishes like a chicken tikka burger or a charred spiced cauliflower steak. The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating, and also houses Anand's culinary school.

Absolutely amazing place, located in Parkside Yards. The food and drink service was very efficient. Music was to our liking. Indoor and outdoor seating, accessible and child friendly. My favourite was the Passionfruit cocktail and Dipna’s Special Meat Thali. Cannot wait to come back soon and highly recommend to anyone in West London.
