Situated in the landmark Bromley Old Town Hall building, Dorothy and Marshall features a high-ceilinged dining area with sunshine flooding the light-toned furnishings through a skylight and large windows for a cosy yet elegant vibe. Sourcing local ingredients such as London honey and produce from Kent, the restaurant serves elevated British classics such a braised beef short rib cooked with Guinness and black treacle with bone marrow mash and red cabbage, or cheese soufflé with fresh herbs and a cheddar cheese sauce. Classic cocktails are served as well.
