Inspired by the irony of top-tier Scottish seafood being exported to Spain, producer Stephen Lironi teamed up with Michelin-trained experts to launch Escocesa in London. The restaurant features an industrial-style interior with an open kitchen where diners can watch the preparation of dishes like fresh Shetland mussels or grilled octopus. Complementing the seafood-heavy menu is a diverse selection of Spanish tapas, alongside a curated list of Spanish wines, sherries, and natural Basque ciders.
