Fatto a Mano launched in Brighton in 2015 and it didn't take too long for it to take off in London as well.  They serve authentic Neapolitan pizza, making the dough fresh every day and proving it for at least 24 hours. Then they top the pizzas with a range of quality ingredients, from classic choices such as margherita to creative options such as lasagna pizza, before popping it in the oven for no more than 90 seconds. Takeaway is available at this buzzy contemporary pizzeria as well, and the Covent Garden branch is the first in London to serve the group's full pizza range.
