Bermondsey pizzeria Five Feet is backed by an experienced hospitality team and impressively boasts a dough room as its centrepiece, complete with an imported French stone mill, the first of its kind in the country. It's used to grind heritage grains for the dough, resulting in a pizza base that's airy, thick, and chewy, baked in cast-iron pans rather than the classic pizza oven. With seating ranging from counters to banquettes and an intriguing drinks list, Five Feet has all the makings of a buzzy pizza joint.
