Inspired by the "Epic of Gilgamesh," Gilgamesh London proves worthy of the latter's heroic protagonist with ostentatious decor, bold pan-Asian cuisine, and a vibrant late-night ambiance.
At its previous location, Gilgamesh was the biggest restaurant in London at the time. Its reincarnation succeeds in transposing the previous version's sense of grandeur and opulence to a new venue in the heart of Covent Garden, complete with imposing Babylonian carvings, intricately patterned banquettes, and mood-setting lighting. The decor provides a striking backdrop to your visit regardless of the occasion, whilst also helping Gilgamesh pivot smoothly from restaurant to vibey party palace late in the night once the resident DJs take over.
