Anne-Sophie Pic, the world's most decorated female chef, brings her Michelin-starred modern classic French cooking to the City of London. In the impressive surroundings of the former Port of London Authority headquarters, Pic and her team serve four, six and eight-course tasting menus paired with wines from the Rhône Valley and beyond.

Anne-Sophie comes from a distinguished gastronomic family and is the third generation of Pics to run the renowned restaurant Maison de Pic in Valence. London diners can enjoy her imaginative and sophisticated dishes at the Four Seasons Ten Trinity Square hotel. Choose from the four, six and eight-course tasting menus at lunch or dinner, with elegantly-presented dishes with unexpected flavour combinations such as Dover sole with smoked beetroot with barberries, curry and Peruvian marigold.

The extensive wine list includes numerous wines from the Rhône Valley, home of Maison de Pic. Knowledgeable sommeliers are happy to provide pairing recommendations by the glass or bottle.

The Beaux Arts-style dining room is light and airy, with mirrored walls and modern art. The private dining room seats up to 12 guests around a large round table and is an ideal setting for special occasions, group dinners or corporate entertaining.
