Notto Covent Garden er en restaurant på 4 Henrietta St, Covent Garden i London.
At Notto, Michelin-starred British chef Phil Howard (of Elystan Street and Kitchen W8 fame) devotes himself fully to his lifelong love of pasta, backed by a similarly experienced team. The branch in Covent Garden is a simple affair with a simple menu that features an assortment of freshly made pasta with seasonally inspired sauces, for example bucatini with a Bolognese of autumn vegetables, mushrooms and chestnuts, and wine and cocktails.

Booked for the pre-opening. I asked a few days earlier than my visit to increase by one extra guests and I was told that the restaurant was fully booked.
When I arrived most of the place was empty. I would have appreciated if they would have say something on line of “we are at fully capacity for the pre-opening” it would have sound differently and I wouldn’t felt disappointed.
The food was great. I had vitello tonnato and strozzapreti with truffle and cheese.
Dessert was also good, chocolate and hazelnuts mousse.
Negroni was superb.
