Origin City is a modern restaurant that draws inspiration from British heritage and champions a pasture-to-plate, nose-to-tail approach to cuisine. The menu changes daily, depending on the seasonal produce delivered from the family farm in Argyll and the seafood and shellfish from their sister aquafarm, Loch Fyne Oysters. All of the meat is butchered in-house, and as is to be expected from a team that also runs the 56 West Smithfield wine bar, the wine list is impressive. They serve a range of menus, including a breakfast menu featuring all the classic brekkie dishes.

Absolutely unreal meal here. Really high-quality, thoughtfully sourced meat from Scotland, butchered in-house. Everything was so tasty and the cocktails and wine were also 10/10. You even get to pick what knife you want to use if you order a steak.
