You might usually associate conveyor belts in restaurants with sushi, but here the belt carries small plates of fine British cheeses, each served with its own accompaniment. Pick the plates you want as they move past you or cheese it up with the bottomless plates offer. There's a well-selected wine list to go with the food, and other cheese-centric dishes like toasties or baked Baron Bigod are availabel as well.
