With an outdoor terrace overlooking the marina, Ping Pong St Katharine Docks is a good spot for enjoying some not-so-dim sun along with your dim sum. The menu is packed with all kinds of dumplings, gyoza, bao and more, and the creative house cocktails provide the right accompaniment. On Saturdays, you can indulge in their bottomless brunch, on Sundays, in their all-you-can-eat offer. A dim sum take on afternoon tea is also available.

Went for the all-you-can-eat and I sure did. There are plenty of different dumplings to choose from, including non-meat ones. The place itself is nothing special, but it's nice enough, and the view of the waterfront is neat. The staff were friendly and accommodating when we asked to switch tables, too.
