Billed as London's first bean-forward restaurant, Pulse is about reimagining humble beans and pulses through a modern menu that draws on inspiration from around the globe. Having assembled a crew of culinary experts, including a former MasterChef star, to steer the ship, the industrial-style Shoreditch restaurant serves everything from spiced chilli black bean tostadas and cannellini agnolotti to a rich dark chocolate and white bean fondant. Even the lighting comes courtesy of a custom bean chandelier.
