The American restaurant and bar is located at The Cumberland, formerly the Hard Rock Hotel, and is likewise inspired by the building's rich musical legacy, with the likes of Jimi Hendrix having paid it a visit and the original Hard Rock Café actually launched here in the early 1970s.
