Originating in Amsterdam, The Butter Club is a trendy urban spot in Notting Hill with a banging hip-hop soundtrack. The food hits hard as well, with the chef duo behind the venture parlaying their experience at fine dining establishments into so-called “inventive luxury comfort food” with global influences – think fried chicken with caviar, or Hokkaido milk bread lobster roll. Their square croissants filled with dark chocolate and cocoa nibs, cinnamon and pecan praline, or corn and pickled blueberries, are worth a snap, too.
