Just around the corner from Notting Hill Gate, The Shed brings a slice of the Sussex countryside to West London. Run by the Gladwin Brothers, a farmer, a chef, and a restaurateur, this farm-to-fork spot is dedicated to sustainable, zero-waste dining and celebrating the best of seasonal British produce. The menu changes frequently, but expect dishes such as Sussex beef sirloin with celeriac remoulade or English asparagus with duck egg and hazelnut mayonnaise. It's a laid-back, rustic restaurant with serious flavour and plenty of countryside charm.
