Expect Javier's contemporary takes on futuristic cuisine, exploring the evolution of social dining as the world drifts into shadow. The stunning setting is styled as a secretive tent beneath a faux night sky, and food is served in forms best known from sci-fi films – think bio bricks and hydration gels.
