His present-day venture stays rooted in the progressive spirit of East London, as well as the comforting embrace of being welcomed into someone's home and invited to dine with them. Intimately lit, with tasteful floral decor, communal tables, and simple but functional furnishings, the restaurant's thoughtfully designed interior makes diners feel at ease while they enjoy the refined delicacies crafted by the kitchen.
The Water House Project serves multiple-course tasting menus showcasing the chef's skilful cooking, rooted in French tradition with influences from around the globe, always with an eye on seasonality and sustainability.
