Titu Mayfair

Only a few minutes walk from Piccadilly there's Titu, a colourful and compact Asian fusion eatery that specialises in Japanese dishes in particular. There are just six tables inside and three for eating outdoors. You'll notice this restaurant in the street thanks to its vibrant blue exterior on a street corner. Once you're inside, the space is cosy with friendly service. Similarly vibrant colours are reflected in the upholstery and the walls feature tasteful tiling. Don't forget to look upwards and see the traditional parasols and origami cranes hanging from the ceiling.

The restaurant is the ideal destination for all occasions, including intimate private events. On the menu you'll find a variety of tempting dishes that are great for sharing and feasting. Gyoza with a concise range of creative fillings are a popular choice, with original flavour combinations like spicy prawn or chicken and foie gras. Other than the dumplings you'll see small plates like vegetarian or tuna tacos, seared tuna sashimi, and salads. The menu also features fried dishes such as chicken popcorn and chicken katsu escalope, and grilled items like aubergine miso and veal ribs. 

Authentic drinks are available to complement a meal at Titu. Two types of sake are served with different flavour profiles. Otherwise, there's a concise choice of wines, with old and new world bottles on the list. The menu is simple and packed with distinctive flavours whilst the setting at this restaurant is intimate and appealing.
