Luke Farrell is known for his mastery of Thai cuisine, but whereas his initial ventures Speedboat Bar and Plaza Khao Gaeng focus on a more casual approach lifted from the streets and night markets of Bangkok, Yai turns the dial the other way. Classic Thai recipes are given the fine-dining treatment here, with an emphasis on Southern Thai ingredients and Phuket culture. The Marylebone venue spans two floors and features a centrepiece working kitchen where you can observe the chefs at work.
