The O2 Forum in Kentish Town has variously been a cinema, bingo hall and dance hall during the almost 100 years of its existence, becoming a live music venue in the 1980s. It soon became a hotbed of indie music, with a who’s who of indie rock bands playing there, from Arctic Monkeys and Franz Ferdinand to Jack White. It still hosts a varied array of established and new talent, with veterans such as Oasis and Robert Plant sharing the stage with the latest generation of stars, for example Machine Gun Kelly and Yungblud.
