Now Bageriet Baka has outdone themselves - I have previously raved about the cinnamon buns, the breakfast rolls and the bread, but what I tasted yesterday was outstanding!
Coconut tosca brownies...
I had three and hoovered two and a half before before I stopped and remembered to take a picture.
The brownies have a dense, smooth and almost fudgy consistency, with an intense chocolate flavor. As if that wasn't enough they dipped it in melted chocolate. The topping is a sticky and soft coconut tosca, a proper layer and no cheating.
You have to try this before you throw yourself over the rest of their bread and pastries.
