Science & Industry

Science & Industry is a cocktail bar and dedicated drinks laboratory in Manchester's Northern Quarter, located on one of the floors at Cane & Grain. They use scientific techniques to create unique, experimental cocktails with a focus on precision and quality. They serve a range of classics, such as the old-fashioned margaritas and espresso martinis, alongside a menu of house sours, martinis, manhattan and beers. The extensive spirits list includes bourbon, rum, gin, mezcal, tequila and more. There's also wine, including orange varieties and a handful of softs.
