Zeno Health Club

Zeno Health Club in Manchester was once known as Hero Training Club, functioning as the 'UK's first mental health club' when it opened in 2019. Exercise and physical activity classes are combined with mental and emotional health sessions here to offer a holistic approach to fitness. The gym has four separate training zones which represent each of the health and exercise disciplines – Athletic, Cardio, Rejuvenate and Stronger. You'll find a range of classes in each zone. They also host a programme of complementary mental health services, such as sleep workshops, hypnotherapy, group counselling and more.
