Kaji by Musu er en restaurant, bar og natklub på Rational House, 64 Bridge St, Manchester City Centre/Spinningfields i Manchester.
Inspired by traditional Japanese cooking over flame, the chefs at Kaji bring dishes straight from the fire to your table. There's a range of small plates to choose from, with freshly-prepared sushi and sashimi available as well. The stylish restaurant also offers a tasting menu and omakase, as well as a special tuna cutting experience, where chefs impart the secrets of sushi craft while preparing a bluefin tuna in front of you. On select days, they also open up the dance floor.
