I felt like I was in prison. The hotel is in the middle of no where. You have to depend on them for food and drinks.

Very understaffed and snobby. I had to beg multiple staff members to make me coffee in the morning. They keep telling me to take coffee from a horrible smelling auto coffee machine that they have.

I tried to talk to the manager. She talked down back at me that I need to respect that the staff is busy and should use the smelly machine. I felt I was back at school scolded by the headmaster.

Regarding room service, some days they wont clean the room. The service is very variable from day to day. The floors are dusty and never mopped.
