I had a absolutely terrible experience at the chaps. I booked an appointment for a sidecut with Benji, who was unexpectedly absent upon my arrival. Initially, Benji promised compensation for my loss of hair but has still not paid the invoice. I feel violated and deceived; I cannot recommend this salon in any way and will report them to the consumer protection agency.
