Strange and old fashioned at first glance, but this is definitely a good thing. Some real classics of French cooking that are made with care and skill. The tartare, made at the table, was a real highlight
Eating here is always a pleasure and a surprise. Just let the kitchen decide what to give you. Even if you don't love everything it will always be interesting and a new experience - and very well cooked. This was the restaurant that first got me to appreciate intestines. Enough said
