Mayfair’s Bibi comes courtesy of Michelin-trained chef Chet Sharma – or rather, his grandmas (bibis) who shaped his culinary identity. Combining conscientiously sourced ingredients from both the UK and India, the stylish, dimly lit venue serves chaat street food plates such as scallops and charcoal-grilled delicacies such as turbot and lobster. You can also order a tasting menu, while the drinks selection includes wines and liquors from all over the world. At the 2022 National Restaurant Awards, Bibi was named one of the top in the UK.
