Chef-owner James Knappett and his team present a surprise, no-choice Modern British tasting menu, theatrically served to up to 19 diners seated at the horseshoe-shaped chef's table.

Relax - you're in good hands; Knappett's skill and attention to detail have earned the Fitzrovia restaurant two Michelin stars. Each course focuses on a single ingredient – like oyster, truffle, scallop, or deer - from a network of impeccably-sourced independent suppliers.
