Rustica er en restaurant på Hilton House, 1 Hilton St, Manchester City Centre/Northern Quarter i Manchester.
Rustica is a Manchester icon. One of the city's favourite sandwich shops, it's located on a corner in the Northern Quarter and staffed by no-nonsense ladies. There's no seating, you just order on one side and get your sarnie on the other. There are loads of different sandwiches to choose from, and lunchtime queues are a regular sight here.

Reallyyyy good sandwiches, and even our dog got a treat. Definitely stop by if you're around - even if there's a queue, it moves quickly.
